FxTrusts Ltd is the contracting entity for all software subscriptions, hosted access agreements, and professional services described on this site. FxTrusts is a technology provider — it is not a licensed broker, bank, or regulated financial institution.

Product and Supplier Responsibilities
FxTrusts builds and maintains the CRM, prop-firm software, and technical infrastructure described on this site. For platform access (MT5/RTX5), payment processing, and regulatory licensing, FxTrusts coordinates with third-party vendors and PSPs — final approval and terms for those services rest with the underlying vendor or regulator, not FxTrusts. We disclose this distinction so you know which commitments FxTrusts makes directly and which depend on a third party's approval.
